The TempCity (tm) websites will, in general, list employers and indicate contact info for getting contracts with those companies.
http://www.tempcity.com has a stand-alone interactive guide to cities with large temp markets (from the temporary worker's perspective), while http://tempcity.rllc.net and http://htj.rllc.net have city guides integrated into the employer and resource directories.
