When I first began going round to temp agencies years ago, I was so used to being sneered at that I just assumed that all temp agencies worked that way.

Although Advantage never really paid me a lot of money, the assignments Advantage sent me on did all lead to a lot of money. And I have friends who worked for Advantage who claim that they made big bucks there.

Bottom line, Advantage is a very professional staffing firm that actually seems to be in the staffing business (I wonder if they knew that smiling at me ten years ago would come back to haunt them?)
