Where is the best place to start the search for placement of designers for Web and print design projects?

you can do a keyword search on the tempingusa board here and at hottempjobs.com , www.tempcities.com . I have seen some ads listed for webdesigners at net-temps.com .

The thing is though, there is a whole lot more work as graphic artists/word processing with graphics and these positions could lead to web work.

From what I have been hearing, there is a lot of competition right now for a few web design jobs.
