A lot of you can relate to the fact that there are a lot of agencies turning people away from center work because they don't have 2 or more years of center experience.
Well, one of the Lead Operators/Supervisors for Pitney Bowes working at Proskauer right now had never worked in a center before being hired by Pitney to work at Proskauer. So, apparently, as far as Pitney is concerned, no experience is required for working in one of their centers.
Last I heard, Pitney could not find enough people to hire so that they could take over Proskauer. If Pitney can't round up enough operators to replace the current Proskauer Staff, they just might have to hire all of those people who are "unloved and unwanted" by Proskauer.
