Blacks and Technical people are under the delusion that you actually have to be qualified to get hired to do something, that you actually have to have experience and training to get hired to do something. Bullshit artists make a shit load of money because they KNOW that all you have to do to get hired and make a lot of money is kiss the right ass.

I know people who have gotten massive temp contracts to supply temps to big companies and these people didn't even have a temp agencies nor any temps; they created a company and used other temp agencies as subcontractors.

In order to get started with your Support LLC what you need to do is start making contacts with people at companies that have the power to give your Support LLC contracts.

I repeat for the Blacks and Technical people out there, in order to get started with a Support LLC and get work outsourced to your Support LLC, all you need to do is get started making contacts with people who can give you work, it is that simple.

In my case, I MADE contact with the First company I got a contract from because I was sent to them by a temp agency.

I was told by the company that the rate I was charging them was MUCH LESS than the rate that temp agency was charging them. However, this did not prevent some asshole employees of the company from getting pissed off when they saw some of my company's invoices and realized that I was taking home $2,000 and $3,000 per week from typing.

Don't talk to idiot *ucker employees and don't let these idiot *uckers know anything about your company or how much money you charge or or making. As I said elsewhere, idiot *ucker employees have no problem with giving temp agencies millions of dollars, but they WILL have a problem with YOU making thousands of dollars a week. Employees are idiots, this is why they are all someone's bitch.

From what I have seen of the temping market in New York City, 99.9% of the people in a position to give out temp contracts for companies are tired ass old gay men. And 99.9% of the people I know temping are gay men.

So, how then is it possible that 99.9% of the people listed on paper as owning temp agencies are midddle aged lardass Women?
